This paper investigates present study on upper extremity strength in baseball pitchers.
在查阅国外大量相关文献资料的基础上,了解棒球投手上肢肌力的研究现状,从投手上肢肌力与球速的关系、投手两侧上肢肌力对比研究、上肢主动肌/对抗肌比值研究等几个方面进行了归纳分析,并对研究中存在的问题及今后的发展提出了看法。

以棒打小球为主要特点的一项集体性球类运动。球场呈直角扇形，设四个垒：一垒、二垒、三垒、本垒。球用橡皮或软木为芯，表面以皮革缝合。球棒用硬木或金属制成。比赛分两队，每队九人。进攻队员在本垒用棒击守队投手投来的球，击出后从本垒开始，依次踏过一、二、三垒回至本垒者得1分。守队队员用接球和传球技术将攻队击出的球接住或传至垒上，迫使或触杀跑垒者出局。若三人出局，即轮换攻守，轮换一次为一局，赛九局，以得分多者为胜。
