The result indicates that first,they have good relationship in the range of 350—695nm,and the peak of the correlation is at the wavelength of 464nm;Second,the red edge spectral position is " blue shift" by the Cu stress degree;At the last,we find strong correlation between the wavelength of the red edge .
通过对不同程度重金属铜污染土壤(16个样本)上玉米叶绿素浓度和相应的玉米冠层光谱反射率数据测试,进行铜胁迫下玉米叶绿素浓度与光谱数据相关分析研究,研究结果表明:铜胁迫下玉米叶绿素浓度与其光谱反射率之间具有相关性,在350~695nm光谱区内相关性最好,且在464nm处两者达到最高的相关性;铜胁迫下玉米的"红边"随着铜污染程度的加剧而发生有规律地"蓝移";铜胁迫下玉米的"红边"波长位置与其叶绿素浓度之间具有很强的相关性,复相关系数为0。
