计划 生育术语。用腹腔镜从卵巢中取出成熟卵子，在人体之外受精，待受精卵发育至一定阶段，然后再植入母体子宫腔内以获得营养，继续发育成胎儿，即为胚胎移植，俗称试管婴儿。胚胎移植的指征：①输卵管阻塞或缺如所引起的不孕者；②治疗无效的少精症；③妇女体内存在抗精子抗体及不正常子宫颈因素所致某些原因不明的不孕症；④输卵管结核；⑤子宫内膜异位症。方法：排卵后72小时，当受精卵在8～16个细胞时，从培养基取出，再植入母体子宫 内。
