[METHOD]Simulating cow TMR (DM) to add soybean meal, puffing full-fat soybean and soybean baking in different concentration,such as 0,5%,10%,15%,20%, by the method of rumen gas production in vitro, to explain the effects on live ruminants gas production in vitro, dry matter digestibility in vitro and rumen fermen.
【研究目的】笔者旨在研究不同加工处理大豆对瘤胃干物质消化率及活体外瘤胃发酵参数的动态影响。

Ensilaged for 50 days at normal temperature,the cell wall constituents of the silage were measured,including organic cell wall(OCW),high digestible cell wall(Oa),low digestible cell wall(Ob) and in vitro dry matter digestibility(IVDMD).
1 mL/L纤维素酶(M IX)、3 mL/L蚁酸(FA)及对照(CON)的5个处理制作青贮,常温下贮存50 d开封,测定青贮的细胞壁成分(总纤维-OCW、高消化性纤维-Oa、低消化性纤维-Ob)的含量及体外干物质消化率(IVDMD)。

Dry matter (MD) yield, in vitro dry matter digestibility (IVDMD), cell wall structural matter content and the relationship between IVDMD and digestibility at heading stage in Italian ryegrass were studied.
研究了不同熟期类型多花黑麦草品系的抽穗期干物质产量、干物质体外消化率 (IVDMD)以及细胞壁结构物质含量和消化率与IVDMD的相关性,结果表明:①不同熟期类型间IVDMD存在显著差异,其中极早熟类型和早熟类型极显著高于晚熟类型和中熟类型,晚熟类型又极显著高于中熟类型;相同熟期类型品系间,只有中熟类型的IVDMD差异显著。
