| 鸡眼 clavus 发生于足底的角质呈圆锥形向内增生。外形如鸡眼，故名。也发生于侧缘。因长期挤压、摩擦引起。压迫神经有明显压痛。注意与跖疣鉴别：鸡眼压痛，跖疣挤压痛；鸡眼皮纹绕行，跖疣皮纹中断。发生鸡眼后应避免摩擦、挤压，穿鞋宜松宽。治疗可用腐蚀性药物，如高浓度水杨酸等。 |
