研究和比较了云南会泽Pb/Zn矿区和非矿区上的毛萼蝇子草(Silene pubicalycina)根际细菌的群落结构特征,结果表明:在不含重金属的常规培养基上,非矿区毛萼蝇子草根际细菌数量极显著高于矿区,种群多样性也大于矿区,矿区和非矿区毛萼蝇子草根际细菌种群组成和优势种群不同;在含Pb或Cd的选择性培养基上,矿区毛萼蝇子草根际耐Pb细菌和耐Cd细菌的数量均极显著高于非矿区,对Pb、Cd的耐受程度和种群多样性也明显高于非矿区,矿区和非矿区毛萼蝇子草根际耐Pb细菌和耐Cd细菌种群组成和优势种群不同。
