【池塘养鱼保险】以国营、集体或专业户经营的春放秋捕的塘鱼为保险标的的养鱼保险。凡符合放养标准，有一定的技术和设备，就可向保险公司投保。保险人对因洪水、暴雨、暴风、地震、地陷及投毒污染造成的塘鱼死亡损失，负赔偿责任。保险期限，自约定之日起至被保险人捕捞时止，晨长为8个月。保险金额按近几年实际平均养殖成本的七成确定，养殖成本包括鱼种费、饲养费、人工工资、水电费及折旧费。在保险期中发生保险责任范围内事故，根据放养时规定保险额的赔付比例计算赔款。本保险办法适用于北方省市地区。
