主 料: 龙舌柳2条(约10两/400克),蒜蓉2汤匙,牛油1/2安士(12克),油3汤匙,面粉1/2杯。
配 料: 腌料:盐1/2茶匙,胡椒粉少许。芡汁:水1/2杯,鸡粉、糖各1/2茶匙,盐1/4茶匙,胡椒粉少许,生粉1茶匙。
做 法: 1、鱼柳冲净抹干,搽匀盐及胡椒粉待5分钟,薄薄粘上面粉。2、将油及牛油烧热,放下鱼柳煎至微黄色,取出,盛碟。3、烧热1汤匙油爆香蒜蓉,加芡汁煮至稠结。4、淋于煎香之鱼柳上,上碟。
