联合承包
联合承包两家或两家以上的承包商组成合营公司，对外投标签约并共同执行合同直至合同全部执行完毕为止的国际工程承包方式。联合承包适用于大型工程项目。当一家公司承包某项大型工程但又感到财力不足，或因风险太大，或因工程本身跨越多种专业、技术复杂，一家公司难以胜任，在这种情况下往往采用联合承包方式。这样有利于发挥各家公司的优势，以便对外开展竞争，达到中标和提高经济效益的目的。这种形式的联合仅是在承包工程项目上的临时合作，彼此之间纯系伙伴关系。联合的形式，国际上常见的有以下几种:①两家公司组成有限合营公司。②就某一具体项目合资的单项合营。③两家以上公司组成较为松散的联合集团。④两家以上公司组成合伙企业。为了慎重起见，一般按第②、孚两种方式联合较为有利。
