Discusses three factors that affecting heating scope of CHP plants,that is the layout of heat sources,thermal media transportation, temperature drop and pressure drop of thermal media.

Based on the temperature and salinity data observed by Japanese Meteorological Agency along the PN section during 1956 to 2003 and the 850 hPa wind data from NCEP during 1955 to 2003,the variation characteristics of the Kuoshio heat transport in the East China Sea were analyzed,and the relationship between the Kuroshio heat transport in winter and summer and the wind anomaly was also discussed.
