The asphalt mixture with polyester fiber,which has shown excellent road performance,has been applied widely in some projects,thus increasingly giving attention by engineering society.

The performance of fiber asphalt mixture was studied through a series of capability test,such as water stability test,high stability test,low temperature crack resistance test and fatigue stability test.

Based on the functional characteristics of the pavement structure, the article puts forward the selecting method of the fiber asphalt mixture in the application of the pavement structure, and the selecting and determining principles of the fiber materials in the fiber asphalt mixture.
