在浙江永嘉花但乡花一村。系明弘治十八年（1505）温州知府李瑞等为表彰致仕四川按察司金事朱良以门（1384～1470）而建。四柱三间木构建筑，高5．95米，通面宽6．28米，通进深5．05米。为抬梁式结构，用砖砌成清水花屋脊，两端饰龙吻兽；下檐垂脊上有垂兽。明间为通道，与地面相平；两柱为方形石柱，外侧四角柱为方形木柱。额枋正中嵌有“宪台”匾额。牌楼结构严密，斗拱规整精致，今基本保持原貌。温州
