放线验线时应注意以下五点注意事项:
1、先放线后验线。应当坚持先放线后验线的程序。一般建设工程项目可按照周围的参照物,由施工单位放线,施工放线后,建设单位向城市规划行政主管部门申请验线并报形式日期,城市规划行政主管部门的管理人员到现场验门的勘测队伍进行放线,放线后经规划管理人员验线。
2、作好放线验线记录。无论由谁放线、验线、都必须作好放线、验线记录。
3、在放线的过程中,对验线时需要查验的关键点必须打上固定标志。
4、放线时,原地上需要拆除的建筑物、构筑物应当全部拆除掉。
5、地形复杂的用地,应平整后再放线。
