在江西华能瑞金电厂2×350MW超临界机组2号锅炉钢结构顶板大梁吊装中,顶板大梁共有5根,编号分别为A、B、C、D、E,其中A、B、E三根梁采取一台吊车独立吊装;C、D两根梁因单重超过最大起重机械额定负荷50t,采取FZQ1250与80t滑车组抬吊,D梁在炉顶通过小坦克平移就位,C梁直接抬吊就位。

The 1 000 MW boiler roofing beams in Tianjing Beijiang Power Plant use the structure form of superpositioned upper and lower beams,and there are only 3 main beams,of which the maximum one has a design weight 410 t,the heaviest in China at present.
天津北疆发电厂1 000 MW机组锅炉顶板梁采用上、下叠梁的结构形式,主梁只有3根,其中最大1根设计质量为410 t,是目前国内最重的。

Based on existing machinery and tools as well as the characteristics of the main girder, the author analyses the difficulties in lifting and mounting the main girder and proposes a load distribution scheme and a construction technique that covers the entire lifting process from unloading, turning over, hoist until being mounted.
根据现有机具和大板梁的特点,分析了吊装难点,提出了吊机的负荷分配方案和从卸车、梁体翻身、抬吊直至就位等吊装全过程的施工工艺。
