In light of the present situation that various failures happen to the screw pump\'s drive rod in use,such as rod parting,screw thread failure and tubing\'s eccentric wear,a failure form analysis of the screw pump\'s drive rod was conducted,optimizing the structures of the drive rod\'s joint and collar and improving their processing technique.
针对螺杆泵驱动杆在使用过程中出现的杆体断脱、螺纹失效、与油管偏磨等事故不断增加的现状,对螺杆泵驱动杆失效形式进行了分析,优化设计了驱动杆接头、接箍的结构,改善了其加工工艺。
