In order to research for novel antiviral agent against tobacco mosaic virus (TMV),we designed and synthesized 24 novel chiral thiourea derivatives containingaminophosphonate moiety.

A series of α-aminophenylphosphonates(4),which possess wide potential biological activities,were synthesized by one-pot Mannich-based condensation reaction of aryl aldehydes,aryl(amines) and phenylphosphite ester(1).

A serious of 1-aminoalkyl phosphonates were synthesized with high yield by a one-pot reaction of aldehydes, amines and diethyl phosphone under microwave irradiation for 3 min~5 min without using any catalysts and solvent.
