性质:将含水材料在数个大气压以上的压力下加热至100℃以上,即刻将其放至大气中,则在材料内部发生自然蒸发,依靠自身的显热而进行干燥。这时,由于急剧汽化,材料内部形成许多小的孔隙,材料发生膨化,为膨化干燥。此法适用于处理含水量在某一范围内的食品,可得到复水性很好的制品。如处理合成橡胶,可得到海绵状制品。
