The split of valve seats and the fracture of connecting bolts occurred frequently in the operation of forth-stage valves for 4M22-154/162 type CO2 Compressor.
针对4M22-154/162二氧化碳压缩机四级气阀频繁出现阀座开裂、连接螺栓断裂及四级排气温度偏高的问题,对气阀进行了改造,把四级气阀结构型式由闭式改为开式,提高阀座与连接螺栓强度,改进气阀流道,增大气阀有效通流面积,试验表明改造后的四级气阀具有良好的经济性与可靠性。
