To establish an extraction method for trans-chrysanthemic acid using lipophilic L-tartaric esters and hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin as chiral selector,the distribution of trans-CA enantiomers was examined in aqueous methanol solution containing HP-β-CD,1,2-dichloroethane organic solution and lipophilic L-tartaric esters.
以疏水性L-酒石酸酯和羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)为手性选择剂,建立反式第一菊酸对映体(trans-CA)的萃取分离方法,研究了反式第一菊酸对映体在含有酒石酸酯的1,2二氯乙烷溶液及含有环糊精的甲醇水溶液两相中的萃取分配行为;考察了L-酒石酸酯浓度、羟丙基-β-环糊精的浓度、L-酒石酸酯烷基链长度、水相pH值和溶解反式第一菊酸的甲醇水溶液浓度等因素对萃取分离效果的影响。
