羊水振荡试验
亦称泡沫试验。此试验为检测肺表面活性物质的生物物理方法。羊水中加入95%乙醇后振荡，在液体表面形成环形泡沫，这些泡沫多少与肺表面活性物质量成正比。具体做法：在室温20℃～30℃条件下，羊水经离心沉淀后，将羊水的上清液及生理盐水稀释成100%、75%，50%的3种羊水各1ml，再加入等量的乙醇1ml。试管用胶皮塞塞紧，用力上下振荡约15秒钟，再静置15分钟，观察结果。与空气接触的液体表面形成整圈的泡沫为阳性，无泡沫为阴性，泡沫不成一圈者为可疑。2管半(2管阳性，1管可疑)及以上阳性示胎肺成熟，本实验临床符合率为95.79%，假阴性率为3.0%，假阳性率为1.2%，方法简单，快速。临床常用以检测胎肺成熟度。
