J ianjie huanyuan间接还原(indireet reduetion)用气体还原剂CO或H:将金属氧化物还原成金属的过程,属还原熔炼范畴。 金属氧化物MeO被CO还原成金属Me的反应为: MeO+CO一Me+COZ平衡气相成分与温度的关系为: △G。~A+BT一RTln%COZ/%CO=0式中△G“为标准自由能变化,A和B为与MeO有关常数,%COZ、%CO为平衡气相成分,T为反应热力学温度,R为气体常数。 对于某Meo的还原,只要控制一定的还原条件,即温度和气相中CO、CO:浓度,就可使CO还原MeO的反应顺利进行。对于H:还原MeO的间接反应,情况也类似。
