Influence of controlled rolling and controlled cooling parameters on the properties of B510L steel;

In order to improve the accuracy of coiling temperature,simulate the cooling temperature field after rolling exactly and analyze the influence of technological parameters on the structure property of B510L steel,the thermal diffusivity α was measured by laser impulse method,the specific heat capacity CP was tested by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).

Spray cooling of the hot rolled steel plate was simulated,by using Finite Element Coupling numerical simulation.

Numerical simulation analysis of effects of jet angle on hot rolled plate cooling;

The width of laser welds on the top and bottom surfaces of hot rolled plates after laser welding was measured.

The flatness quality problems,such as sidewise bending and wraping usually appear in hot rolled plate products.

Through Q235 hot rolling steel plate lamellar fracture macroscopic and microscopic observation analysis,as well as the steel plate microstructure,the non-metallic inclusions examination analysis,verification of the serious microstructure nonuniformity is the reason that causes the Q235 hot rolling steel plate lamination to roll over the crack.

In the design of the die for stamping the hot rolled steel sheet, the problem of removing the oxidated scraps on the material surface shall be taken into consideration, by which the service life of the die could be extended.
