bandoigang板带钢(steel plate and strip)宽厚比值一般大于10的扁平断面钢材。切成定尺的单张产品叫做钢板，而成卷供应的产品叫做带卷或板卷，统称板带钢。板带钢的用途十分广泛，有通用钢材之称，可以随意切断分离和拼凑组合，它有巨大的包容和覆盖能力，并能承受冲压、弯曲等成型的深度加工。 板带钢按厚度尺寸一般分为厚板、薄板和极薄带材(见带材)或箔材3大类。中国标准规定，厚度4一Zoomm的钢板为厚板，0.2~4mm的为薄板，0.Zmrn以下者为极薄带材或箔材。中国习惯上称4一Zomm的厚板为中厚板，20一60mm的为厚板，60mm以上的为特厚板。厚板的最大厚度可达500znm以上，而轧制的极薄带材最薄可达0.o01mm。板带钢按不同用途又分为造船板、锅炉板、桥梁板、压力容器板、汽车板、屋面板、深冲板、焊管坯、电工钢板、航空结构钢板、有机涂层钢板、(见彩图插页第4页)镀层钢板、复合板及不锈耐酸、耐热等特殊用途钢板。板带钢按轧制方法还分为热轧板带钢和冷轧板带钢，以及轧后剪切纵边的剪边钢板和纵边轧制的齐边钢板。中国板带钢典型产品如表所示。 厚而宽规格的板带钢必须进行热轧生产，以求在高温塑性条件下完成大变形量加工。由于板带钢宽厚比值或其表面积特别大，热轧过程中温度降落快且不均匀，从而引起轧制压力波动，使板带钢厚度和平直度(见平直度控制)变化有差异，也影响到金属组织结构和性能不一致。当厚度小至一定限度时就不能满足高质量要求。薄规格板带钢采取冷轧方式生产则能避免热轧过程的弊端，并能提高厚度精度和表面质量，满足组织性能的要求。 中国板带钥典型产品和规格范围 板带，产品}厚度X宽度/一 钢板…)淤墨…健续典续表续表 板带钢产‘…厚度X宽度/mm板带，产品…厚度X众/蔽 钢板钥板歼布续表 板带，产品…厚度X宽度/mm 钢板…炭寸 钢带一续表 板带，产品…厚度X宽度/mm 钢带重 工业发达国家的板带钢产量在钢材总产量中的比重逐年增加，已达60%左右。 (李生智李隆旭)
