On-line liquid infiltration joining of carbon fiber reinforced silicon carbide (C/SiC) composites was carried out with Ni alloy as the interlayer at the temperature of 1 300℃ a holding time of 45min in vacuum and at an applied pressure of 20MPa.
为得到C/SiC复合材料的强连接,利用三维编织碳纤维增韧碳化硅(C/SiC)复合材料在制备过程中残留的孔隙,采用Ni合金作为中间层在1 300℃保温45min、真空条件下对三维C/SiC复合材料用液相渗透连接方法进行了在线连接,所施压力为20MPa。
