性质:又名红霉素琥珀酸乙酯、乙琥威霉素、红霉素丁二酸乙酯。由红霉素和3-氯甲酰丙乙酯在含有碳酸氢钠的无水丙酮中制得的十四元环大环内酯类抗生素。白色结晶性粉末,无臭,无味,熔点109~110℃。有引湿性。易溶于甲醇、无水乙醇、丙酮、苯和氯仿,略溶于乙醚,难溶于水。抗菌谱、作用和用途与红霉素相似。口服易吸收,在胃酸中稳定,0.5~2.5h血药浓度达峰值,血清半衰期约1.6h。血浆蛋白结合率约10%。常见不良反应有恶心、呕吐、食欲差、腹痛、药疹等。严重肝损害者禁用,孕妇及哺乳期妇女慎用
