做法
1、把鸡洗净,黑糯米浸水,鲜人参洗刷干净,红枣去核。2、将鸡出水,然后加蒜头、黑糯米和其他配料与水炖4小时,加盐调味即可。
备注
如要吃糯米饭,可购买荷包鸡回家(当刂)净,并将黑糯米放入鸡肚内缝好,跟配料炖约3小时,即可喝汤吃肉。
