131I、123I、99mTc等
即应用免疫学原理,以放射性核素(131I、123I、99mTc等)标记特异性单克隆抗体,对含相应抗原的病变进行的闪烁显像。此技术主要用于体内肿瘤免疫显像,由于单克隆抗体能特异性识别肿瘤细胞或组织的相关抗原,引导放射性核素与肿瘤定向结合,经γ照相或扫描显示,对肿瘤早期诊断、定位、转移病灶和术后复发肿瘤的诊断,有重要的临床价值。
