酱肉内馅材料:
1、鲜肉沫(也可将瘦肉稍微煮熟一下切细丁,我喜欢碎点的肉就搅成肉泥了);
2、黄葱切丁
3、甜酱
4、鸡精、糖、盐各适量
做法:
1、锅中下油,待油温七成热是下肉沫炒散,然后放入甜酱、白糖、一点点盐和少许鸡精翻炒一会,然后放入黄葱稍微炒一下盛出备用;
2、将发酵好的面团取出排出空气,(关于面团的详细制作过制作过程见花卷制作),搓成条分成一个个的小面团;
3、将面团擀成面皮后包入内馅,收口后放入蒸锅,冷水上屉开大火蒸至水开后转中火蒸10分钟即可出锅;
