In order to develop Al-Si based brazing filler metals with good technological properties and low melting point,Si,Cu,Ni and RE were added into the Al-Si based solder.
为了开发工艺性能优良、熔点低的铝合金钎焊用钎料,用正交试验方法研究了硅、铜、镍、稀土等元素对铝-硅基钎料熔点的影响;用差热分析仪测定了25组试样的熔点;用扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪分析测定了合金的组织和成分。
