接触弧

  1 ieehuhu接触弧(are of eontaet)札制过程中变形金属与札辐表面相接触的曲面,即咬入角a所对应的曲面(见图)AB。接触弧的长度则按该曲面水平投影的直线段AC的长度l来衡量,Ac也叫变形区长度。接」口 接触弧触弧的长度l等于咬入角的正弦与轧辊半径R的乘积,即l二Rsina。在建立轧制过程时,接触弧的长度是变化值。当轧制过程建成之后,变形金属充满变形区,此时接触弧的长度达到最大值并保持不变。当两个轧辊直径不相等时以及当轧辊和轧件产生弹性压缩时,接触弧的长度都将发生变化。 (余望)
