Zeolite MCM-22 has been synthesized under static hydrothermal crystallization conditions using silica gel, sodium aluminate and hexamethyleneimine (HMI).
采用静态水热晶化法 ,在Na2 O Al2 O3 SiO2 HMI H2 O(HMI :六亚甲基亚胺 )体系中 ,在HMI/SiO2 摩尔比为 0 0 9,H2 O/SiO2 摩尔比为 12 ,晶化时间为 6 0～ 80h的条件下 ,合成了MCM 2 2分子筛 。

In this paper, MCM-22 zeolite was synthesized by static hydrothermal crystallization method, using hexamethyleneimine (HMI) as a structure-directing agent.
本论文以六亚甲基亚胺(HMI)为模板剂,采用静态水热晶化法合成MCM-22分子筛,系统地研究了合成条件如硅源、晶化时间、原料配比、成胶老化方式等对其合成的影响,并利用粉末X-射线衍射分析(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、傅立叶红外(FT-IR)、程序升温NH3脱附(NH3-TPD)等方法对其进行了表征。
