性质:橡胶类材料在一定的纯氧压力和高温作用下产生的变化。试验时,在能经受加热加压的容器内悬挂试样,于70℃±1℃温度下,将容器中的空气全部用氧置换,并加压到2.1MPa±0.1MPa。根据材料的老化速度选择老化时间,常规时间为24、48、168和336h。老化结束测定试样老化前后拉伸强度和伸长率的变化百分率。通过测定氧化反应的吸氧量,以吸氧诱导期的长短来判断材料的耐热氧老化性能。
