b一sh一xunh日on gongye!engqLlesl〕LJIC}ltjll闭式循环工业冷却水处理(treatment ofelosed eireuit industrial eooling water)对设置有闭式循环工业冷却水系统的大型火力发电机组,为了防止工业冷却水在动力设备冷却水管道内的结垢和腐蚀,通常采用加联氨或其它化学药剂来控制系统的水化学特性,以维持冷却水的pH值,防止腐蚀和结垢。 近几年来,对300 MW及以上发电机组采用集中布置的热力系统化学加药装置,一般为每两台机组设置有一套共用的闭式循环工业冷却水加联氨或其它化学药剂的单元装置,通常设置有一台溶液箱和两台隔膜式计量泵。
