   利用聚焦电子束实现光、电信号的记录、存储、转换和显示的真空电子器件。按输入输出信号可分为：用来将电信号转换为光学图像的示波管、显像管、定位管等；用来将光学图像转换为电信号的摄像管等；用来将电信号转换为电信号的存储管等 。电子束管的主要组成部分是玻壳 、电子枪、偏转系统、荧光屏或靶。在示波管中，电子枪产生聚焦的电子束，经加有电信号的偏转电极最后打到荧光屏上产生光显示的信号波形。摄像管、存储管是靠电子束打在靶上完成信号的转换的。电子束管广泛应用于测量仪表、雷达、电视摄像与显像、电视传真、计算机终端显示、医学等领域。
