利用柳北地区40个加密自动气象站监测资料及三江、融安、融水三县建站以来的气温资料,对2008年初柳北地区的低温雨雪冰冻灾害进行了综合分析,结果表明:此次低温雨雪冰冻天气过程为柳北地区近50 a来最严重的冰冻灾害天气过程,在这次过程中,海拔越高、纬度越高的地带灾害程度越严重,纬度相同的地带又以海拔高的受害严重。
