An analysis is performed on the evolutions and anomalous features of atmospheric circulation associated to the rare cryogenic freezing rain and snow weather impacting Guangxi province in early 2008,as well as the forecast capabilities of the numerical weather prediction(NWP) models.
通过对2008年初影响广西的罕见低温雨雪冰冻天气的环流演变情况、环流异常特征、数值预报产品预报能力的分析,得出此次低温雨雪冰冻天气的主要成因是:500hPa欧亚地区环流形势异常稳定、地面冷空气堆积明显,冷高压中心异常偏强、850hPa锋区强盛、华南中低层逆温明显。

By using the intensive data from auto weather stations and conventional temperature data of Sanjiang,Rongshui and Rong an stations, severe chilling icy rain and snow freezing disaster hit area of North Liuzhou are analyzed.
利用柳北地区40个加密自动气象站监测资料及三江、融安、融水三县建站以来的气温资料,对2008年初柳北地区的低温雨雪冰冻灾害进行了综合分析,结果表明:此次低温雨雪冰冻天气过程为柳北地区近50 a来最严重的冰冻灾害天气过程,在这次过程中,海拔越高、纬度越高的地带灾害程度越严重,纬度相同的地带又以海拔高的受害严重。
