性质:腺嘌呤核苷酸(AMP)脱氨基产生次黄嘌呤核苷酸(IMP),又从IMP再氨基化为AMP的一组反应。在骨骼肌、心肌中,L-谷氨酸脱氢酶活性低,难于进行由L-谷氨酸脱氢酶参与的联合脱氨基反应,氨基酸主要通过此过程脱氨。
