[烹调方法]
1.主料用开水煮透后备用。
2.炒锅上火，油热后，烹入豆芽菜，把酱油等调料放入素汤，待汤开后，勾芡，盛入碗中，带主料一同上桌，放入桑拿桶中即可(桑拿桶中的石子一定用热油炸)。
