失志(hypoaffeetivity)指所欲不遂、痛悔过失所致心神不守、志意丧失之证。唐代孙思邀认为与“惊劳”有关。明代戴思恭云:“失志者，由所求不遂，或过误，自咎，懊恨，暖叹不已，独语书空，若有所失。”明确表达为与一种情绪因素有关的精神失调，可归入中医情志病。包括现代精神病学中的忧郁症和精神分裂症的自责自罪等。治用温胆汤去竹茹，加人参、柏子仁，或用定志丸，佐以酒调辰砂妙香散。 (徐声汉撰周正保类友平审)
