During the first half of 1998,an archaeological team from Shanghai University conducted a large scale excavation of the Ma Liu Tuo Relics at the Three Gorges, and unearthed over 15,000 items of stone implements, ceramics, porcelain, copperware, ironware and bone objects, among which 170 items are in a good state.
１９９８ 年上半年， 上海大学考古队在三峡麻柳沱遗址进行了大规模地钻探和发掘， 获得了包括石器、陶器、瓷器、铜器、铁器、骨器在内的文物１５０００ 余片 （件）， 其中完整和可复原器物１７０ 件。

补充资料：土沱麻饼
土沱麻饼是四川省江北县的传统名点，已有60多年历史。
制作方法
1.原料：主料是面粉、白糖和麻油；辅以核桃仁、花生仁、芝麻仁、冰糖。根据品种再分别加上金钩、火腿、桂花、玫瑰、枣泥等精料。
2.饼皮由水皮和油酥制成：水波用面分、麻油和水合制，用水量为面粉的50％左右；油酥系以面粉与麻油充分揉和而成；用水皮包入油酥即为皮料。其比例为：水皮60％、油酥为40％。
3.制馅：将瓜果料剁碎、冰糖碾成绿豆粒大小，再把熟面、绵白糖、麻油、玫瑰、桂花等拌匀即成。
4.包制：制好皮、馅，即可包制，皮与馅的比例为3∶7。
5.烤制：包馅后，将饼坯按成扁圆形，粘上芝麻仁，然后放在吊炉，平炉用高温急火烘焙(炉温500℃左右，时间约半分钟)。冷却后即可包装出厂。
产品特点 底面呈此褐色，块形饱满完整，每块50克，皮薄馅大，松酥滋润，味美甜香，风味独特。
