Based on the research findings of predecessors and documents of existing Chinese historical records and historical literature in ancient Tibetan language and other materials, the paper makes a new exploration of some relevant issues, with the focuses on the war between Tang Dynasty and Tibetan Regime, as well as the bilateral relationship.
