Based on the Genealogy of the Qi\'s family newly discovered and the poems and local annals relative to him,We can conclude that Qijia whose alternative name is Huai Er or Wan Er was born in 1635 in Sizhou(Xuyi county,Jiangsu province)and died of illness in 1688.
由新发现的《戚氏宗谱》知道他的号为"缓耳",又号"莞尔",为清代泗州(今江苏盱眙)人。

号冲斗，安徽休宁人（一说四川新都人），明代武术家。著有《耕余剩技》一书，近代浙江吴兴人周由廑取家藏版本重印，改名《国术四书》。程年轻时有志习武，四出访师求艺，曾在少林寺学拳10多年，在刀、枪、棍、弩等方面取得较高造诣。1629年又撰《射史》 8卷。程练兵主张胆量、意志、武艺三者并重,其《耕余剩技》曾被誉为继戚继光《纪效新书》之后研究明代和继承古代武术技击的重要文献之一。
