In China s countryside,there exists some traditional and virtuous customs,which deeply effect human s life,play an important role to restrain and to adjust its behaviors and become an efficient legal resource.

The ethical legal resources is useful:firstly,it may guarantee the state s investments to the western and ethical regions to be made good use of.
