山东滨州惠民县城，清朝为武定府治。这里生产的酱菜以色泽鲜艳、咸中带甜、甜中微咸、酱香味浓、清香可口而驰名全国，人“武定府酱菜”，是山东地方传统名产之一。武定府酱菜的生产，已有三百多年的历史。早在明代，这里的酱菜作坊就很兴盛。至清朝。“仙泉居”、“福元居”、“元香斋”、“大同”、“天顺栈”等酱园成为远近驰名的店堂商号。
