博士后制度
博士后制度为造就高级研究人才，对已取得博士学位的青年学者继续进行学习研究予以组织管理的一种制度。 为了推动和发展博士后制度，中国有关部门先后修改、制定、下发了一些政策性文件，其中包括关于博士后研究人员工资、出站后工作分配、改变新设博士后流动站评审办法、争取优秀留学博士回国做博士后问题的通知等政策性的文件和一系列与之相适应的规章制度。如在《关于博士后研究人员期满出站后工作分配若干问题的通知》中规定，各单位在接受期满出站后的博士后研究人员时，只要专业对口，工作需要，可不受地区和行业限制，国家允许其迁移户口，并确认其劳动工资计划指标，对编制已满或已超编的单位，在接受上述人员后，可追加编制。各单位在聘任其专业技术职务时，也可不受专业技术职务名额的限制。
