| 福斯 Fos 法国地中海岸的港口工业城市。位于福斯湾北岸，罗讷河三角洲东部，东距马赛不到50千米。面积73平方千米，人口自20世纪60年代以后增长较快。天然良港，港阔水深，腹地广大，经罗讷河与内地工业区联系便捷，借地中海海路可通北非、中东和印度洋等地区。原为沿海小镇，因条件优越，随马赛都市区向西发展。1965年开始建港。根据兰岸大区发展规划，福斯将成为地中海沿岸主要工业中心和马赛港区属地。现为马赛主要的油港，年吞吐量的4／5为原油和油制品，有输油管通阿尔萨斯、瑞士、德国及当地的炼油厂，是全国炼油和石油化工中心之一。建有大型钢铁联合企业福斯钢铁厂，生产规模仅次于敦刻尔克钢铁厂，居全国第二。 |
