补充资料：川藏铁路
川藏公路都很难保证全年全天候通车，铁路更难了，另外沿线的地质条件也难以恭维，而且规划中的川藏铁路是沿川藏公路（南线）修建最后接轨滇藏铁路那末也就是说必须在滇藏铁路竣工运行之后才有可能开工建设川藏铁路，另外一下子修好几条进藏铁路无论从经济上还是政治，军事上来说都得不偿失，从我国现有的经济，科技条件来说应该先力保青藏铁路的建设与运营，待条件成熟上马滇藏铁路至于新藏，川藏，甘藏三线路应该先论证再勘察最后再逐步实施建设，不过进藏五大铁路中（青藏，甘藏，川藏，滇藏，新藏）必修且应该及早上马动工的线路应该是青藏与滇藏两线路，尽管wto条款对铁路运输投资的限制已经放开可是在进藏，进疆，进闽，吉林延边地区，进蒙，进青的铁路建设应该绝对以国家投资为主，至于原因大家心理应该清楚。
