学校简介：
北京市房地产职工中等专业学校是1983年经北京市人民政府批准的一所成人中等专业学校，隶属于北京市房地局，办学宗旨是为房地产行业培养实用型中等专业人才。十五年来先后开办了十多个专业，其中《物业管理》已被市政府委认定为重点专业。88年起经批准开始招收应届初中毕业生。目前十四个学历班在校学生500余人，学校于九六年获得全国计算机等级考试培训资格。
学校有教学楼4000余平方米，办公楼1000余平方米，内设标准教室、语音教室、微机教室及实验教室等。
有专职教师20余名，其中大部分具备大本学历和高级讲师资格并配备有关专业的工程师、房地产经济师等教师。
十多年来，致力于为房地产行业培养专业人才至今毕业生遍及全市及部分省市房地产行业，许多人已经成为业务骨干。
二、招生专业：《物业管理》专业
培养目标：物业管理是房地产投资、开发、建设流通的自然延续和房地产业的一个重要分支。全国房地产业的迅猛发展，急需培养物业管理的专业人才，为此我校按照建设部物业管理培养方案的要求开办《物业管理》专业。目标是培养能在房地产行业从事物业管理、经营管理、修缮、服务的应用型中专人才。
开设课程：除政治理论课及文化基础课外，开设的课程还有：房地产会计、房地产统计、房地产法规、建筑识图与构造、城市土地管理、房地产综合开发、物业管理、市场营销、房地产投资项目分析、房地产金融、房地产经营、房地产估价等二十五门课程。并且在理论教学的基础上重视实践教学环节，从而培养学生成为懂技术、会管理、能经营的应用型管理人才。
