封校是指,当某学校校园内学生数量低于一定标准时,而采取的一种封锁学校的行为
一般称的上封校的都是大学校园,特别是假期时,当学校的学生过少时往往将剩余的学生统一到一个宿舍楼中,并进行登记,发放出入许可证!限制外来人员随意进入学校.
好处是:可以避免学校在学生稀少的时候发生偷窃行为
但往往这又是学校不正规的体现,往往只有地区性质的小规模大学会出现这种情况
