针对实际作战的特点,采用系统有效性分析方法,考虑作战双方的对抗,结合兰切斯特方程,将轻武器系统的系统、环境和使命三要素结合起来,建立了用于分析枪械作战效能分析的评估模型,给出了在对抗条件下的枪械动态作战效能评估方法,避免了以往静态效能评估和动态评估的局限性,使作战效能评估更加具有广泛性、灵活性和合理性。
